I LOOOOVE the hit of blue in glass light fixtures!!!

I LOVE the tile in the Laundry Room and the rustic Watering Cans?!!! Adorable.

The whole house has such an earthy, clean, welcoming vibe to it.

The house was done by Charityworks GreenHouse and was Designed by Miriam Dillon and Rebecca Foley of Custom Design Concepts Architecture + Interiors.

Creative Colour

I recently purchased 2 of these book shelves from Ikea, to be used in my Den as storage. I love the look of them but am thinking that something is missing from making them truly adorable peices. Luckily thanks to some inspiration from the web, I think painting or wallpapering inside of the cabinets will make them really pop!!!

OMG Elle Decor!! They've posted all the gorgeous interiors from the new Sex and the City Movie and I couldn't be more excited. I have yet to see the movie but I am SO excited because not only do we get to enjoy mind-blowing fashion continued from the 1st movie, we also get to enjoy the ladies' take on interior design :) :) :) Heaven.

Crazy For Coral

I have been slightly obsessed with the colour of coral lately, and when I stumbled across this home designed by Corea Sotropa Interior Design, I'm pretty sure I died and went to citrus heaven!!

 The Coral Suite was designed as part of the Designer's Showcase 2005 for Kids Help Phone. Local designers were each given a suite in a dilapidated apartment complex and given free reign over the style.

I adore the colour scheme, its so delicious!!!!!

What better way to end our first official Summer Long-Weekend

and kick off the start of nice weather then a David Gray concert ??!!

I have been dying to see one of his shows since i heard the White Ladder Album in 2000. The best part is that the concert is practically in my backyard- a local K/W show .. yay :)

Moody Monday

This Moody Monday is dedicated to CITRUS!!

I think Blissliving Home has read my mind. While researching new bedding for our guest room I came across an adorable print @ Pillows And Throws (bold flowers in grey/white/yellow?!) and instantly fell in love. It's even named after me - Ashley Citron Duvet - decribed as "A graphic print in a high fashion palette, our Ashley Citron duvet set is a delightful twist on a Blissliving Home favorite" I think that pretty much sums me up ;) lol.

The only downfall to falling in love with this bedding was the cost- seeing as it's the guest room I didn't want to break the budget (not that our guests aren't worth expensive sheets!) At $275.00 US for the duvet alone I wasn't too keen on running out to purchase this gorgeous set!

And then fate stepped in.... as I'm walking through HomeSense during one of my weekly trips, I see a display of bed-in-a-bag's with a beautiful red clearance sign. As luck would have it my BlissLiving Ashley Citron Duvet is IN A BAG!! It gets even better- the price tag read- SALE $96.00. On top of that, I had a gift card, bringing my overall total for the duvet set with pillow shams and accent pillows to....

 $21.00 CAN.

I have yet to decided on wall colour and accents, but am very excited about the possibilities!! Stay tuned for future shots of the duvet in action!

Life has been busy lately.... too busy. Luckily, however, Friday has finally arrived!!! And not a moment too soon!! I'm very excited as this weekend (is still busy) but it's packed full with the best of friends, family, dinners and SHOPPING!! I can't remember the last time my feet stepped inside a mall....
